Something to always consider. When you’re traveling, whether it be for work, the holidays, etc., don’t worry about sticking to your program perfectly. Try and get done as much as you can, but for the most part, do the things you can with the time and equipment/facility you have. As I am traveling, seeing family, I have had to mix around my days and exercises quite a bit based on different facility locations, how much time I have, and the equipment in which is available to me. Don’t be afraid to be creative!!

Bench Press 4×12

DB Incline Press 3×12

Single Arm DB Row 3×12

DB Shoulder Press 3×12

DB Reverse Fly 3×12

Wrist Curls 2×20

Reverse Wrist Curls 2×10

Russian Twists 5×50

6 x 400m run @ 1:45 pace with 200m “surge” in between sets (Continuous running)

 

If you can’t run, don’t have a rower, jump rope, bike, etc., pick the best available option and use that instead.
